Pole Depot Park: Free Your Mind

The concept for the first table is about freeing your mind, the giant space whale connecting everything, the blue river in the middle giving a sense of flow and the eel and turtle characters representing doing things you enjoy for a healthy mindset including making art, listening music, martial arts and staying active.

Peakhurst Park: Connected
Through Space

The concept for the second table is about connecting with people (like over a game of ping pong!) the original toucan character in the middle is called Zeacan, he represents insight and clarity, the spider and cockatoo characters playing video games and represent connecting with friends and loved ones.

The project was a community collaboration with Head Space and Youth Advocate Member, Jennifer Tyler, who kindly created the awesome eel and turtle characters to represent the community. This truly was a community project! Hurstville Museum Article Link: Public Art In Georges River - Keith Stanley

Primed, sealed and painted using Dulux weathershield paints, I really enjoyed using their paint. The colours were vibrant, went on thick and smooth and dried quickly.
